Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Client Advisor will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries and service requests efficiently. Responsibilities include delivering a high level of customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and assisting with insurance-related processes when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and resolve queries effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of Insurance-related processes is beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with the team effectively
