Client Advisor (Business Development)
Location: Full-time, On-site (Gurgaon)

We’re looking for a Client Advisor who doesn’t just chase numbers but builds relationships, unlocks trust, and brings meaningful partnerships to life.
About the Role
As a Client Advisor at Success Tea Consultants, you will play a crucial role in expanding our impact footprint. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our facilitation team, understanding client needs, curating solutions, and driving new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for nurturing CXO-level relationships, identifying L&D needs, and offering experiential solutions that align with business goals. This isn’t a typical sales role - it’s a consultative one, where listening is as important as pitching.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound leads
- Understand client goals and propose curated team-building or leadership development solutions
- Lead client discovery calls and solution presentations with confidence and empathy
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients - helping them plan recurring engagements
- Work closely with the facilitation team to ensure smooth delivery and post-session follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track the sales pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with trends in corporate learning, employee engagement, and experiential education.
We’d Love If You Have…
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or consulting (bonus if in L&D, Training, or HR Tech)
- Proven experience engaging CXO-level clients and long sales cycles
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- A passion for people development and a belief in experiential learning
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Flexible in working in a hybrid work environment
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms (Zoho), and presentation tools
