Role Description
The Client Advisor role at NoBroker.com is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Client Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients by understanding their needs and helping them navigate property options. The role involves building strong client relationships, providing solutions that address their requirements, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Client Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Customer service orientation and the ability to understand and fulfill client requirements.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address client concerns and deliver solutions.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry, property market trends, and consumer behavior is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role or sales environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields is preferred.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven work culture focused on innovation and results.
