Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Noida for the role of Client Advisor. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and providing comprehensive customer service support. The role involves effective communication with clients, resolving issues, and contributing to a seamless experience throughout their journey with Admistay.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Relations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic knowledge of Insurance processes is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and handle responsibilities independently
- Experience in the education or overseas student support sector is a bonus
