Role Description
As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, you will address client inquiries, offer tailored product recommendations, and guide them through the purchasing process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
- Knowledge of insurance processes or willingness to learn is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in the tiles or interior design industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
