Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor specializing in Student Housing, based in Noida. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling to students on suitable accommodation options, maintaining strong relationships with students and property providers, and acting as a bridge to ensure smooth onboarding processes. The Client Advisor will also handle inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and guide students through their housing journey with a focus on transparency and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with students, partners, and team members
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Education-related guidance
- Strong aptitude for Customer Service, with a focus on delivering excellent support and resolving queries efficiently
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple interactions simultaneously
- Previous experience in the education sector or student housing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or Communications
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and record-keeping
