Key Responsibilities
- Connect and engage with international clients through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct professional discovery calls and virtual meetings with potential clients.
- Understand client objectives and present customized solutions and opportunities.
- Build strong long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and decision-makers.
- Handle high-value sales conversations and confidently close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong confidence, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Professional personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or high-ticket closing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
