Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and preferences
- Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations
- Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission journey
- Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and pathways aligned with each student’s profile
- Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement
- Track student progress and counselling outcomes to improve guidance quality and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and seamless support
