Role Overview
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a frontline role in our company’s growth.
Your mission is to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, pitch our services, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, databases, and outreach platforms
- Initiate conversations, schedule discovery calls, and pitch our services confidently
- Build strong relationships and handle client objections professionally
- Follow up, negotiate, and close deals independently
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, communications, and conversions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication & persuasive skills (written + spoken)
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach, Upwork/Fiverr leads (a plus)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach
- Ability to work remotely with full ownership and accountability
This is a performance-driven role with no earning limits.
Here is the commission model:
You earn 20% of the first 3 months revenue from every client you successfully refer.
Payout structure:
• 10% after Month 1 payment is received
• 5% after Month 2 payment is received
• 5% after Month 3 payment is received
Commission is paid strictly on successfully received payments.
💰 Example: If a client pays $5000, you can earn up to $1000 on that single deal.
