Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Client Acquisition Specialist with strong outbound sales experience and a proven track record in acquiring US-based clients for recruitment / staffing services. The ideal candidate should be a proactive hunter who can independently generate leads, engage prospects, and close deals with companies, specifically in the US market.
Key Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in client acquisition / outbound sales in a placement or staffing agency
- Proven experience in acquiring and closing US-based clients (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in US market outreach and sales strategies
- Hands-on experience in cold calling US prospects, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Ability to work in US time zones when required
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ideal background
- Existing network of US hiring managers / HR leaders
- Experience in IT / tech recruitment for US clients
- Familiarity with US hiring practices and staffing models
Compensation
