Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Acquisition Manager to drive new client onboarding and revenue growth, with a strong focus on CPL and PPC campaigns in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new international clients (US/UK/CA) for CPL & PPC campaigns
- Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure
- Pitch performance marketing solutions (CPL, PPC, CPA models)
- Build relationships with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks
- Collaborate with media buying team to launch & scale campaigns
- Negotiate pricing, payouts, and margins
- Consistently achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Client Acquisition / BD / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with CPL (Cost Per Lead) and PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns
- Strong understanding of international markets (US preferred)
- Proven experience in client handling and deal closures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Working Schedule
- 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Work from Office)
- 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Work from Home)
- Monday to Friday: Work from Office
- 1st & 3rd Saturdays working (WFH)
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays (OFF)
