Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Acquisition Intern. The selected candidate will conduct outreach to prospective clients, engage in effective communication to promote Weskill’s services, and build relationships that drive client satisfaction. The intern will also assist in analyzing client needs, addressing inquiries, and contributing to strategies for growing the company’s client base.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and resolving client inquiries effectively
- Understanding of Customer Experience strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with client acquisition processes is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
