Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Acquisition Intern located in Gurugram. As a Client Acquisition Intern, you will actively identify business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and maintain excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities include reaching out to new clients, following leads, ensuring client satisfaction, and innovating personalized strategies for client acquisition and retention. You will work directly with the Client Acquisition team to support business growth and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong understanding and delivery of high-quality Customer Experience
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Proactive and motivated mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior internship or experience in client-facing roles is a bonus
