Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Client Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist in identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to leads, scheduling and attending meetings, and supporting the sales team in achieving acquisition goals. Additionally, the intern will help provide a seamless customer experience by ensuring prompt follow-ups and addressing client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing the Customer Experience
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
