Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program. The first 3 months will involve structured training and skill development. Post-training, the intern will transition into on-the-job Responsibilities.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach to the clients from APEC region
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
• Support in creating and delivering presentations and proposals.
• Assist in client meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain and update CRM/database records
Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support digital outreach initiatives (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.)
• Achieve assigned performance targets post training
Training Structure (First 3 Months):
• Introduction to Qualy5 services and business model
• Sales and business development fundamentals
• Communication and negotiation skills training
• CRM and reporting tools training

(Post 3 Months):

Eligibility Criteria:
• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/ Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
