Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program. The first 3 months will involve structured training and skill development. Post-training, the intern will transition into on the job Responsibilities.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
• Support in creating and delivering presentations and proposals
Assist
• in client meetings and follow-upsMaintain and update
• CRM/database recordsBuild and maintain strong client relationships
• Support digital outreach initiatives (Linkedin, email campaigns, etc.)
• Achieve assigned performance targets post training

Eligibility Criteria
• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Management or related field p
referred)• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
