Role Description
This is a contract-based remote opportunity for a Client Acquisition Intern at Geique Tech. The intern will assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing client relationships, and analyzing customer feedback to optimize client engagement. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, contacting leads through various channels, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Experience or interest in enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge of customer experience principles and relationship management
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or related software is an advantage
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
