Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The intern will contribute to building and managing client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service at every stage of the acquisition process. Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting in developing strategies for client engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused skills including customer satisfaction, service, and experience management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is preferred
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
