Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Acquisition Executive based in Chennai. The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving customer acquisition efforts. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, pitching services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating closely with the event planning and production teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition to identify, attract, and onboard new clients.
- Sales skills, including the ability to present services, close deals, and negotiate terms effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, market trends, and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Familiarity with event management or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
