Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Client Acquisition Executive (CAE). The CAE will be responsible for acquiring new clients through market research, lead generation, and outreach strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, initiating contact, conducting client meetings, and converting leads into active customers. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities
- Effective Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation expertise
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition, with a track record of meeting targets
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to close deals
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and prepare detailed reports
- Prior experience in the sustainable packaging or B2B sales industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
