About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, lead follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up with potential clients
• Handle incoming leads and understand client requirements
• Schedule meetings/site visits with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the interior design team throughout the sales process
Requirements:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development
✅ Good communication and negotiation skills
✅ Strong follow-up and client-handling skills
✅ Target-oriented approach
⭐ Interior design/sales experience will be an added advantage
