Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented professional who can contribute towards expanding our client network and supporting organizational growth initiatives. The role involves connecting with potential clients, conducting meetings, maintaining follow-ups, and assisting in converting opportunities into long-term collaborations. This position includes both office coordination and field interaction responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with potential clients through direct outreach and networking activities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and partners.
- Build and maintain professional relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams accordingly.
- Participate in field visits, presentations, and business interaction activities.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and daily progress updates.
- Support organizational expansion initiatives through market engagement activities.
- Contribute towards achieving monthly growth and acquisition targets.
Requirements- 6 months to 1 year of experience in client handling, business coordination, sales, or outreach-related roles.
- Comfortable with field visits and on-site meetings when required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in any stream.
