Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive

Position Overview
ITIO Innovex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to manage business outreach, client communication, lead conversion, and coordination activities.
The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding business requirements, maintaining follow-ups, and driving the complete client acquisition process from initial interaction to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the client acquisition process from finding potential clients to deal closure
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms
Identify potential clients and business opportunities for the company
Conduct introductory/discovery calls to understand client requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and project execution
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and business documents
Handle client queries, objections, and basic negotiation discussions professionally
Maintain proper CRM records and update client interaction details regularly
Ensure timely communication and updates between clients and internal departments
Support business development activities and operational coordination as required
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects
Track lead status, follow-ups, and business updates properly
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Business Development, Client Coordination, Sales, or related roles
- Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability may also apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of B2B communication and client handling
- Ability to handle conversations professionally and confidently
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and online business platforms is preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of IT, fintech, or service-based business models
- Basic knowledge of sales pipeline handling and lead management
- Ability to build professional business relationships
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment
