Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Acquisition Executive role based in Ghaziabad. The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach across relevant industries. The role includes managing the entire client acquisition funnel, from prospecting and initial contact to presenting ITIO’s fintech, blockchain, and compliance solutions and coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and demos. The professional will maintain a structured pipeline in CRM tools, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates and reports to management. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, gathering market and competitor insights, attending meetings or events as required, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or complex concepts in clear business terms.
- Proficiency in lead generation and customer acquisition, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and closing, preferably within B2B or technology/fintech environments.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, prioritize accounts, and report on acquisition performance and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital payments, banking, blockchain, or compliance solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience using CRM and sales productivity tools, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive, collaborative, and ethical approach to business development.
