Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth and expand our client base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The role involves reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms, understanding their business requirements, and presenting suitable digital marketing solutions. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
Additionally, the BDE will be responsible for maintaining a strong sales pipeline, following up with prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely closure. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, achieving monthly sales targets, and contributing to overall revenue growth are key responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients
- Proven experience or knowledge of sales, business development, or lead generation
- Expertise in Customer Acquisition strategies and techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative to work in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
