We’re Hiring: Client Acquisition Executive

Are you confident on calls, persuasive in conversations, and driven by targets?
We’re looking for a highly energetic Client Acquisition Executive with a strong focus on cold calling and lead conversion in the financial services space.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently pitch financial products and services related to Insurance, Stock Market Services, and Stock Market Training Programs.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume cold calls and outbound sales calls daily
• Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling and follow-ups
• Pitch financial products, insurance plans, stock market services, and training programs
• Convert prospects into active clients through strong communication and relationship-building
• Maintain daily call reports, follow-up schedules, and sales tracking
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly acquisition targets
• Stay updated with market trends and financial offerings
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, cold calling, or financial sales
• Strong confidence in handling outbound cold calls
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
• Basic understanding of Insurance, Stock Market, Investments, or Financial Services
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient under pressure
• Experience in finance-related sales will be an added advantage
