Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive at FrameX Facilities. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, and building strong business relationships across commercial and industrial sectors for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services.
Responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and commercial offers, coordinating with internal operations teams, managing client onboarding, and achieving business growth targets. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and developing long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition
Ability to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships
Knowledge of Facility Management / IFM services is preferred
Experience in proposal preparation, pricing, and corporate presentations
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
Prior experience in Facility Management, Real Estate Services, Engineering Services, or Corporate Sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred
