Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Acquisition role based in Gurugram. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients, managing the acquisition process from lead generation to closing. They will execute market research, analyze client needs, and develop strategies to create tailored property solutions. The role also involves effective communication with clients, guiding them through the real estate process while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Acquisitions and Program Management to strategize and oversee the client acquisition process
- Strong Communication skills to foster client relationships and conduct negotiations effectively
- Expertise in Analytical Skills and Market Research to evaluate trends and identify opportunities
- Ability to manage complex client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in sales, business development, or real estate acquisitions is an advantage
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
