We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Acquisition / Onboarding Executive to identify and onboard new brands for franchise development. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our portfolio by connecting with brand owners and introducing them to our consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and reach out to potential brands for franchise expansion.
*Initiate contact with brand owners through various platforms such as calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
*Clearly explain the company’s services and value proposition.
*Schedule meetings between brand owners and senior management.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
*Follow up consistently to ensure conversions and onboarding.
*Maintain a database of leads and track communication status.
*Achieve onboarding and acquisition targets as assigned.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or brand onboarding.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers.
*Presentable and professional demeanor.
* Familiarity with lead generation platforms and outreach methods.
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in franchise consulting, sales, or B2B acquisition.
