About
We are hiring a high-performing Client Acquisition Associate (SaaS) for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executives. This role demands strong execution skills, consistency in outreach, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound channels (cold email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Build and execute targeted outreach campaigns with personalized messaging
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging
- Consistently achieve weekly/monthly KPIs (outreach volume, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
- Share market feedback to improve targeting, positioning, and ICP refinement
Required Skills & Experience - 3–4 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales roles
- Strong experience in SaaS or B2B sales environment (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools such as:
- Apollo / Outreach / ZoomInfo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to handle rejection and work in a high-volume outreach role
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, or sales tech products
- Exposure to Product-Led Growth (PLG) or hybrid sales models
- Experience in international sales markets (US / Europe / APAC)
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools or automation platforms
