Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Acquisition Associate who will work closely with the Business Development Lead to support client acquisition and revenue generation activities. This role involves assisting in lead generation, initial client communication, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Business Development Lead in identifying and acquiring new clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities
- Initiate first-level communication with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and understand basic client requirements before escalation
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the senior sales team
- Maintain and update lead data, pipelines, and reports
- Assist in proposal sharing, documentation, and coordination
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate internally with marketing and technical teams for smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of sales and client handling
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team targets
Preferred Profile- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (BBA, MBA, B.Com or similar)
- 0–1 year experience in sales support / business development / telecalling
- Interest in IT/software services and digital solutions
Key Role Nature (Important)- This is a support role to the Business Development Lead, not an independent closing role
- Focus is on lead generation, coordination, and follow-ups, rather than direct deal closure
- Performance will be evaluated based on lead quality, follow-up efficiency, and support to conversions
