Plexus Management Services is hiring a Client Acquisition – Senior Associate, who will be responsible for driving business growth in mutual fund investments by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and converting prospects into active investors.
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Reporting To: CEO
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect and generate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking to build a strong pipeline of potential investors
· Conduct client meetings and calls to understand financial goals and recommend suitable mutual fund investment solutions
· Consistently follow up with prospects to drive conversions and close investment opportunities
· Track and manage the sales pipeline (leads, conversations, conversions) using CRM or internal tools
· Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, satisfaction, and repeat investment opportunities
Required Experience
· 4–5 years of experience in client acquisition / sales
· Strong experience in managing a personal client portfolio
· Proven track record of driving conversions and closing investment deals
· Must have an existing strong client portfolio and network of potential investors
Preferred Industry Background
Banking / Mutual Funds / Insurance (client-facing roles)
Required Skills and Certifications
· NISM Series V-A certification (mandatory)
· Strong understanding of mutual fund products and financial planning
· Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Languages Required
Proficiency in any two: Bengali / English / Hindi
Education
MBA (Finance / Marketing) preferred
Relevant sales experience is essential
