About the Role
Webgarh Solutions is looking for a Client Account Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate project delivery for eCommerce and digital commerce projects. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication, structured execution, and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal delivery teams
- Track project progress and ensure timely communication with clients
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Identify opportunities for additional services such as Shopify development, integrations, and store improvements
- Support smooth delivery across store builds, migrations, integrations, and ongoing support
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Business Analysis, Pre-sales, or Project Coordination
- Experience in the IT services industry, preferably in eCommerce or D2C projects
- Exposure to projects like store setup, platform migration, integrations, or maintenance
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
