Title: Client Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring top-notch communication.
• Develop and manage deliverables in line with client goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and campaign assets
• Handle client reporting and track campaign progress.
• Ensure client expectations align with execution, proactively managing any issues.
• Maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in client handling or coordination roles (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
