Account Manager — Client Delivery & Operations
Location: Ahmedabad (In-Office)
Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month
Reports to: COO / CEO
Experience Required: 1–2 years in an agency environment
Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM IST, Mon – Fri, Sat (WFH)

We help e-commerce/SaaS brands scale revenue through high-converting video ads, managing the entire pipeline from creative strategy to production to paid media optimization. We work with brands like Frido, Phool, Ambrane, Oudarabia, Sahi, Dhan, Canva India, WintWealth, Dhan, and more
Why This Role Exists
Right now we need someone who can own the entire client delivery experience end-to-end - from the moment a project kicks off to the final deliverable going out. You’ll be the person who makes sure every creative strategist, editor, and production team member is aligned, moving, and delivering on time.
This isn’t a coordinator role. This is the person who runs the project engine so the founders can focus on growth, sales, and strategy. If you’ve worked in an agency before, you already know what this looks like and you know why it matters.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Own the Client Delivery Experience
- Be the single point of contact for assigned clients and from project kick-off to final delivery
- Set expectations early, provide consistent progress updates, and ensure clients always know what’s happening next
- Handle client feedback loops efficiently and translate client inputs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Make sure clients feel taken care of without needing to escalate to founders for every question
2. Drive Projects to On-Time Completion
- Coordinate across creative strategists, designers, editors, and the production team to keep projects moving on schedule
- Own the project timeline - know where every project is at any given moment, what’s on track, and what’s at risk
- Identify bottlenecks and delays before they become problems - flag early, resolve fast
- Push for tighter turnaround times without compromising quality - speed is a competitive advantage in our business
- Run internal standups or check-ins to ensure nothing is waiting on someone without them knowing it
3. Coordinate Internal Stakeholders Like a Project Lead
- Make sure creative strategists have clear briefs and deadlines for every project
- Ensure the production team has everything they need (scripts, talent confirmations, schedules) before shoots
- Follow up with editors on delivery timelines and review cycles
- Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day execution to near-zero for active projects
4. Protect and Grow Client Relationships
- Proactively communicate with clients — don’t wait for them to ask for updates; give updates before they need to
- Track client satisfaction informally — you should always know if a client is happy or drifting before it becomes a problem
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in an agency environment — specifically in account management, client servicing, or project management (brand-side experience alone won’t cut it here)
- You’ve juggled multiple clients and fast-moving projects simultaneously and kept things together
- You understand how creative production works — you know the difference between a brief, a script, a rough cut, and a final delivery
- Strong communicator who can talk to clients with confidence and talk to internal teams with clarity
- You don’t wait to be told what to do — you see what’s falling behind and you fix it before anyone has to ask
- Understanding of performance marketing, UGC content, or the DTC/e-commerce space is a strong bonus
