Overview:
We are hiring a Customer/Client Account Manager to manage client accounts, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts
- Handle queries, issues, and escalations promptly
- Coordinate with operations for service delivery
- Monitor performance and track KPIs (on-time delivery, claims, etc.)
- Maintain records and support new customer onboarding
Requirements:
- Experience in account management (logistics experience is must)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of TMS and MS Office
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
