Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Account Manager based in Chandigarh. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful service delivery. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts efficiently, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service standards and achieve client satisfaction.
