Role & Responsibilities – GCC Staffing & Client Management
- Own and drive strategic relationships with GCC clients for IT & Engineering staffing (T&M) engagements, ensuring long-term account growth.
- Act as the senior SPOC for key GCC stakeholders, managing demand planning, fulfilment strategy, commercials, and delivery governance.
- Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities across new, existing, and dormant GCC accounts.
- Lead end-to-end staffing lifecycle including demand qualification, fulfilment strategy, and delivery oversight in collaboration with recruitment teams.
- Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, account mining, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead complex salary, billing rate, and margin negotiations, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning.
- Manage high-pressure client environments, critical escalations, and ensure timely resolution with strong stakeholder communication.
- Track, analyze, and report pipeline, revenue forecasts, and fulfilment metrics to leadership. Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at GCC forums, leadership meetings, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and network.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Client Management within Staffing or IT Services organizations.
- Strong experience in IT Staffing (T&M / GCC model), with proven success in revenue generation. Demonstrated ability in managing large accounts and driving end-to-end sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in rate negotiations and margin management. Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure client service environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Based in Bangalore with willingness to travel across India.
- Experience with GCC / MSP / VMS models is highly preferred.
