Highlight of the engagement opportunity
- Nature of role: Full time
- Number of years of experience expected: 6 to 10 years.
- Preferred areas of past experiences: Project Management / Program Management, Client Account Management or Delivery Management, Quality Management processes, BFSI domain experience, Consulting or implementation delivery roles
- Educational qualification required: Graduate/Postgraduate (Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- Preferred Certifications: PMP (good to have)
- Preferred geography of previous work experience: Experience across India / Europe / APAC / US
- Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English.
- Application experience preferable: MS Excel, MS Project, Power-BI, Power Point, Project management tools
- Application experience good to have: Azure DevOps, Jira, Clarity, MSSQL, Visio
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts. The role involves managing the complete client engagement lifecycle, including project coordination and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes that maximize client satisfaction and long-term value.
Key responsibility areas:
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and expectations.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion.
Project Planning & Execution
- Define and align on project scope, deliverables, objectives, and outcomes with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Track and manage project progress against agreed milestones.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with scope and quality standards.
Coordination & Delivery Management
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align priorities and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks; troubleshoot issues to ensure project success.
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare and present regular project updates to internal leadership and clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation including SOPs, project plans, and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes across the project lifecycle.
- Escalate issues and risks in a timely manner to management.
Process & Quality Management
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation of best practices in project/program management.
Account Mining & Opportunity Identification
- Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across both existing and prospective client accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Build and execute growth strategies through cross-selling, upselling, and expansion of services, while also generating new client acquisition opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of market trends, client challenges, and industry needs to uncover opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships.
Billing & Collections Management:
- Oversee end-to-end billing and collections processes, ensuring invoice accuracy, timely submission, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, proactively follow up on overdue payments, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.
Drive collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flow, minimize aging receivables, and support overall financial performance
Selection process:
We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:
- Personal interviews: There are expected to be at least 2-3 rounds of online interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.

Preparation required:
It is recommended that you prepare on the following aspects before the selection process:
- Understanding of products / exposures in the financial services industry (Banks / NBFC / Insurance)
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals & client domains (BFSI)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and trackers
