What you’ll do:
- Manage multiple digital campaigns seamlessly — from brief to execution
- Lead creator, ad film, collaboration & celebrity-led campaigns
- Work closely with creative, strategy & production teams to bring ideas to life
- Identify the right creators/influencers and understand their costing as per industry benchmarks
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and cultural moments
- Prioritize like a pro — daily, weekly, monthly
- Handle multiple moving parts across teams without dropping the ball
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in an agency setup (non-negotiable)
- Experience executing at least 3 campaigns/month
- Exposure to ₹600 Cr+ brands
- Strong understanding of content, strategy, copies & scripts
- Hands-on with creator/influencer campaigns
- Experience with celebrity endorsements in digital
- Solid grip on Google Slides, Sheets & Docs
- Flexible, fast, and comfortable in a high-energy environment
