Role OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive who can act as the bridge between clients and our creative team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering campaigns on time and beyond expectations.
This role demands ownership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship building
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Prepare presentations, reports, and campaign summaries
- Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights with clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or a creative agency
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
