About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Client Account Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are eager to learn, build strong communication skills, and grow in the field of client servicing and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and assist with their requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Understand client needs and ensure proper follow-ups
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates
- Handle basic client queries and escalate when necessary
- Support senior team members in account management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
