Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and revenue targets. Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the target market (E-commerce brands)
  • Inbound - We have a heavy focus on SEO and organic channels. Person needs to be an expert in SEO strategy, keyword analysis and performance monitoring. Should be able to lead an SEO and content team
  • Events - Should be able to strategize and execute on event participation to focus on enterprise lead generation
  • Customer marketing - Should be able to strategize and execute customer engagement campaigns, Upsell and Cross-sell initiatives and collaborate with product for feature launch
  • Positioning - Lead promotional activities, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and public relations efforts, to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Team leadership - Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.


Key requirements

  • Minimum work experience of 8+years
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles in B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience in selling or marketing mid market to enterprise SaaS softwares
  • Led Marketing at company-level or for multiple business units
  • Has built and mentored teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Get things done attitude (you are expected to execute and not just manage a team)
  • Analytics mindset; Focus on KPIs is necessary to succeed
