Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven eBay Marketplace Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing eBay ads to increase visibility, drive traffic, and maximize sales. This role involves a strong understanding of eBay algorithms, SEO best practices, and expertise in the nuances of eBay selling.

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities

• Develop Product Listings: Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to ensure products are marketed appropriately on EBay, including writing compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
• Product Listing Maintenance: Ensure top selling listings remain unsuppressed and available for purchase, and if not, create a resolution. Track return rates by SKU do not surpass 5% and if so ensure fitment and spec data is accurate in listing content.
• SEO & Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product rankings and discoverability on EBay search results.
• Enhanced Brand Content (EBC): Manage and apply brand and product specific content to improve product page aesthetics and enhance customer engagement.
• Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitor listings, pricing, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Customer Reviews & Q&A Management: Monitor customer reviews, questions, and feedback. Work closely with customer support to resolve any issues and provide timely responses.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall account health. Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
• Compliance: Ensure all product listings comply with EBay policies and guidelines, including category-specific requirements and safety regulations.

Job Skills And Qualifications/Knowledge And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing or related role, with a solid understanding of general marketing principles.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute innovative marketing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in both MAC and PC platforms, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot effectively.
