<strong>What You’ll Do:<br></strong>• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach<br>• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers<br>• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products<br>• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline<br>• Educate customers on coverage options and policy details<br>• Meet and exceed individual sales goals<br><br>

<strong>What We’re Looking For:<br></strong>• Proven sales experience (insurance, financial services, or related field preferred)<br>• Strong communication and relationship-building skills<br>• Comfortable having sales conversations and closing deals<br>• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset<br>• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment<br>• Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)</div><div><br></div><div>
