Serving as Supply Chain Systems Analyst I, being a caregiver starts in the office, where you will focus on supply chain ERP applications. You will monitor and answer help desk tickets, work with end users, resolve issues, deploy technology enhancements and more. As part of our IT team, you will do more than explore and expand your discipline and skills — your work will impact patients across the globe. Help our teams stay connected, up to date and equipped with the groundbreaking tools and technologies that are changing lives. A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM – 5:00PM. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Perform workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow support. Provide input to develop solutions. Assist with project assignments and documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans, and collaborative communications. Provide first level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours support, including on-call responsibilities. Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems. Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation. Demonstrate, through output, a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration. Support development of information system requirements including process and documentation creation and maintenance. Maintain user confidence. Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
