Position Summary: The Cleveland WNBA are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join the Rock Entertainment Group design team. This role is ideal for a graphic design professional with 1-2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about sports branding, marketing, and fan engagement. The REG Design team handles day-to-day digital design and brand management of all organizational properties and this position will be focused on, but not limited to the Cleveland WNBA team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the WNBA CLE brand identity. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and digital teams to develop visual assets for campaigns, events, and promotions. Create compelling visuals for ticket sales, sponsorships, community initiatives, and in-arena experiences. Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all materials, adhering to established style guides. Assist in the development of presentations, infographics, and other corporate collateral. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the sports and entertainment industry.
