Role Description
The Clerk Typist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Nashik Area. Responsibilities include typing and transcribing documents, maintaining organized records, responding to communication, and performing routine clerical tasks. The Clerk Typist will also process audio typing assignments and assist with various administrative duties as needed to support the publication process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in typing and audio typing with attention to detail and speed
- Strong clerical skills, including document organization, filing, and record-keeping
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with word processing software and digital tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work within deadlines
- Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English languages is highly desirable
- Experience in literature, creative content, or publishing is an added advantage
