We have an exciting full time opportunity for a Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for performing trouble shooting, general repair and preventative maintenance on the buildings, furnishings and equipment in our health center and assisted living community. Working as part of the team, the person in this position must provide a high level of customer service, responding promptly and efficiently to work order requests.
Good mechanical aptitude and abilities in the areas of electrical, electronics, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems are required. This individual must be available to work rotating weekends (every 6th weekend) and rotating on call needs of the facility.
