InSite Realty Advisors is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Active Adult (AA) portfolio.The Operations Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing and managing the operational aspects of over 100, 55+ active adult apartment communities. This role will primarily focus on data management, operational analytics, and maintaining accurate records of rent and pricing data for the AA Portfolio.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Pay Range: 85k-95k DOE & Location. This position is remote in the Eastern Standard Time zone with occasional travel (about 4-5 times/year)

- Generate recurring reports in a clear and digestible format.
- Collaborate with Financial Analyst teams to update and improve periodic reporting workflows.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment of platform data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into business strategies.
- Ad Hoc Support:
- Assist the Sr. Vice President, ownership groups, and InSite team members with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, data management, accounting, or related field within the real estate industry.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools including MS Excel, accounting software, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally.
